1. About PriceHaggle AI

PriceHaggle AI is a UK-focused pilot helping buyers explore online offers and ask participating local retailers for a price. You can contact us at buyerrequests@pricehaggleai.ai.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Use an email address you control and provide accurate request details. Keep sign-in and private request links confidential. Anyone holding a private request link may be able to view and act on that request. Tell us promptly if access is compromised. Browsing online offers does not require an account.

3. What you authorise

Creating an account or accepting these terms does not authorise retailer contact or a purchase. When you separately approve a local enquiry, you authorise us to share the product, target price and buying preferences with up to five matching participating retailers and make at most one automated negotiation follow-up per retailer within your stated target. We do not share your email or precise address in those invitations. You choose whether to proceed with an offer.

4. Limits and cancellation

You may have three active local requests and submit up to five requests in a rolling 24-hour period. A request closes at its buying deadline: 24 hours, 48 hours or seven days; flexible requests use seven days. You can cancel an active request in My requests. Cancellation stops new invitations and follow-ups still under our control. Email already handed to a provider cannot be recalled. We may apply reasonable security and usage controls to protect customers, retailers and the service.

5. Prices, products and AI assistance

Targets are non-binding expressions of interest. Prices, stock, product identity, delivery, warranties and retailer responses are not guaranteed. Online listings and retailer quotes can change or contain errors. AI assistance can make mistakes. Check the exact model, capacity, condition, total cost and offer expiry before deciding. We do not promise a lowest price, a saving, a retailer response or a successful negotiation.

6. Buying from a retailer

PriceHaggle AI does not sell the products or take payment in this pilot. Selecting an offer gives you a referral and contact details; it does not itself place an order, confirm payment or form a product purchase contract. Any purchase is arranged directly with the retailer under its terms. Ask the retailer about delivery, returns, cancellation rights and warranty. Cancelling a PriceHaggle request does not cancel a separate retailer purchase.

7. Fees and affiliate links

Customer accounts and local enquiry tools are currently free during the pilot. We may receive commission from eligible affiliate links or attributable retailer referrals where an agreement applies. Commission is not evidence that a price is the lowest available. Any future customer charges would be clearly explained and require agreement before they apply. Account registration is not itself affiliate purchase tracking.

8. Fair use

Do not submit fake buying enquiries, impersonate someone else, send abusive or unlawful content, use the service for spam, interfere with other accounts, or try to bypass request limits. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

9. Your information and marketing choices

Our account privacy notice explains service data, providers and your choices. Essential account and request emails are part of providing the service. Marketing email is separate, optional and off unless you explicitly opt in. You can withdraw marketing permission in account preferences or through the unsubscribe method in a marketing email. Refusing marketing does not affect account access. These terms do not authorise selling your details or sharing them with retailers for their own marketing.

10. Service availability, changes and your rights

This is an early pilot and may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or development. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material changes to these terms will be presented for acceptance before you continue using affected account services.

11. Questions, complaints and account closure

Email buyerrequests@pricehaggleai.ai for support, complaints, account closure or data-rights requests. Account closure does not cancel an existing retailer contract. Necessary transaction, dispute and consent records may need to be retained, as explained in the privacy notice. We will try to resolve concerns directly; these terms do not restrict your legal remedies or rights to complain to a regulator.
