Include the model and configuration you chose, the retailer name and the public product-page address. Explain what appeared wrong: for example, a different capacity, an unavailable listing or unexpected delivery charges.
For an existing request
Use the email address associated with your request and describe the issue. You can also sign in to manage your requests. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private access links.
For a guide correction or retailer enquiry
Include the relevant public page and, for a factual correction, a manufacturer or official source where possible. Retailers can use the same address to ask about the pilot. Being listed in search results does not mean a retailer has joined the service.
